What is the membership criteria for The OverachieveHers?
We welcome women who align with our core values of authenticity, courage, and collaboration. We seek members who are committed to creating meaningful change in their careers and communities, value collective success, and are unafraid to tackle tough conversations. Regardless of your background and accomplishments, we welcome women who are passionate about personal growth, amplifying their voices, and supporting others in a like-minded, inclusive community.
Who is The OverachieveHers designed for, and what are the top industries represented by members?
The OverachieveHers is built for women across various industries, including tech, finance, media, law, entrepreneurship, and healthcare. Our members are changemakers from diverse backgrounds, united by a shared ambition to elevate their impact both personally and professionally. Whether you are an emerging leader, an established executive or a founder, there is a place here for you to learn and grow within the community.
How often do you accept new members?
We accept new members 2x a year. This allows us to create an intimate, curated experience for each group of women joining the community.
What is the refund and cancellation policy?
We do not offer a refund, but if you're not fully satisfied within the first 14 days, you can request a full refund. After that, memberships are non-refundable but can be canceled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the paid period.
Can my employer cover my membership?
Yes! Many of our members have their memberships covered by their employers as part of professional development or leadership training. We can provide an invoice and any necessary documentation to help facilitate this.
How can I refer friends to The OverachieveHers?
We love referrals! You can invite friends to join by sharing a personalized referral link once you gain access to the platform. Members who refer others are eligible for exclusive perks.
